Your result for The Attachment Style Test...
The Free Agent
27% Anxiety Over Abandonment and 34% Avoidance Of Intimacy

You like to be independent, to play by your own rules. You're not terribly interested in finding a partner and settling down, and it makes you nervous to imagine that someone might depend on you for anything. Were you to find the right partner--someone as independent as you, probably--you'd not be too put out about sharing your adventures with him/her.
Fictional characters with whom you might identify: Han Solo (Star Wars), Beatrice ("Much Ado About Nothing")

I spent a good bit of time last week trying to get my lawn mowed. First, the mower wouldn't start, and it turned out the spark plug had broken in half while I was on vacation. I have no idea how. After I got that replaced, every time I tried to mow, either it started to rain suddenly, or I ran out of gas, or it got dark early. But I got it done.
Did a little weeding in the garden, and fixed the sprinkler I use to supplement watering, but not before most of the peas dried out (again, the vacation seems to have been the last straw). So I just planted my leftover seeds. Hopefully they'll be sprouting soon
I made stir-fry using some of my shrimp and one of my odd little knobby squashes. The squash was tasty, but the rind too hard, so I'll need better ways to cook it.
I've been looking into getting a pool for my backyard, something easy to set up, sturdy enough to last a while, and not too expensive. Not much luck. Every place I tried today had either no pools at all, the kind that I've seen tear to bits in a month (and barely any of those), or something hideously expensive (sometimes both hideously expensive and likely to fall apart).

But if anyone in this country knows about irrelevant passages from the Old Testament, or "confused theology" or "distorting the traditional understanding of the Bible to fit his own world view", or the "lowest common denominator of morality", or "a fruitcake interpretation of the Constitution", it would have to be James Dobson. :P

A barber returning home from prison for a crime he didn't commit, learns his wife is dead and embarks on a quest for revenge, to exterminate the "vermin" who caused his ordeal. By luring them to his shop and slitting their throats with a silver razor. And singing the whole time. It's something that has to be seen to be believed.
I've heard about this movie a lot from friends, and it was fun, if bizarre. I think it's a good thing I got a haircut before I saw it. :P
The last movie I saw in a theater was Death Note, and Todd's singing about the shit and vermin infesting London remind me of Light's motivations for becoming Kira, especially the line "This world is rotten, and those who are making it rot deserve to die." I seem to be watching a string of movies starring psychopaths with delusions of grandeur. Such as pulling out Serenity last night, with The Operative, who dreams of a world without sin and is willing to kill anyone to bring it about (though at least he realizes he's a monster and wouldn't belong in such a world).

Of course, that depends on how you write down the date. If you put the day before the month, 06/07/08 won't be for almost a month.

Looking it up, it seems to be Severe Thunderstorm, only without the "severe" part.
Whatever it is, there seems to be one in this area now.
